At Troposphere Legal, we believe that a business (or any organization) should make commitments to environmental and social governance (ESG), and then live up to them.

We make ESG commitments to align the way we operate with our values. We document our commitments both to hold ourselves accountable and to offer an example of how to do so.

We commit to sharing at least 2% of our gross revenues each year with organizations dedicated to environmental sustainability, social welfare, and racial justice.

We commit to minimizing our carbon footprint through responsible energy use and transportation choices.

We commit to offsetting 125% of the carbon emissions that nonetheless do result from our operations. We estimate our emissions on an ongoing basis and offset them through Wren.

We believe that any business or organization, no matter the size, can incorporate ESG principles that suit it, and be better for having done so.
